Join Melissa Pierce from Ubuntu Wellness for this relaxing event at Salty!!
This practice begins with gentle stretching to release tension and warm the body. It then moves into Yoga Nidra, yoga for sleep, and leads the class through breathwork and imagery to bring the body into deep relaxation. Find rest in our safe and secure environment and calm and soothe the mind through guided meditation. This class is for any level of student.
